Yes, some Slatnar products have lifetime warranty. Warranty does not cover items that are not properly mounted, used and maintained. To claim your warranty, please contact us and we'll give you further instructions on how to solve your problem.
Yes, you can return items within 14 days after you receive them. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. We will give you a full refund or change it with the item that will suit you better.
